What we collect, and what we don’t.

ArcusWX is a product in development at Downwind Studios. This site is a pre-launch page. The only personal data it collects is an email address, and only if you type one into the distribution form.

The distribution list

Your email address is stored by Resend, which we use to hold the list and to send messages to it. We store the address and nothing else — no name, no country, no company, and no profile built from your other activity.

We will send two messages: one when there is a public flight test, and one at release. We will not send a newsletter, and we will not pass the list to a partner, a reseller or an advertiser, or sell it under any circumstance.

Every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove your address at any time by writing to hello@arcuswx.com, and we will delete it rather than flag it as unsubscribed. The list is deleted outright once the release message has gone out.

Bot protection

The form is protected by Vercel BotID, which inspects the request in order to tell an automated submission from a person. It does not set an advertising identifier and is not used to track you between visits.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard server request logs. We have not added analytics, advertising tags, session recording, or third-party trackers to this site, and this page will be updated before we ever do.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to hello@arcuswx.com and we will act on it. Since the only thing we hold is an email address, this is usually a one-line answer.
